Property: ND-110 is a colorless transparent water solution, sometimes with little impurity, no toxicity, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-volatile, no irritant odor.
ND-110 is soluble with water with no pollution to the environment. It is sprayed on the surface of outer wall, having the effect of delaying pollution, preventing weathering. It will cause no corrosion to reinforced steel and also has micro-swelling function, compensating the shrinkability of mortar and concrete.
The water-proof principle of organic silicon water-proof agent in non-silicate construction material is as follows: featured with alkalinity and ion, the water soluble ND-110 can leach a little carbonate ions from CaCO3, and then displace it to form chemical bond, the CH3 bond in ND-110 is bonded onto the surface of CaCO3, endowing it with hydrophobic nature and generating the water-proof effect.
