Composite agent for drilling fluid (MAKUP-P) is the treatment agent for second spudding specially used for polymer drilling fluid system. in order to ensure the successful implementation of drilling activity, the pre-treatment for the second spudding is very important process. In the previous operation, it is hard to control the dosage designed for the various treatment agent; with the acceleration of drilling speed, the property of drilling fluid can not reach the designed requirement in time. Besides, during the onsite treatment, the difficulty of operation is not so easy, and the treatment agent can not function fully. Therefore, the composite agent for drilling fluid is researched and developed for solving above mentioned problems. Besides, the application of MAKUP-P has also avoided the mud property difference caused by different operators. According to the requirement of second-spudding drilling fluid, MAKUP-P has controlled the API fluid loss and apparent viscosity, which have controlled the application property of drilling fluid. Meanwhile, it is also featured with good rheological property and anti-collapse property. While in use, as per required density, it can be configured with the use of hopper free of other treatment agent, which can be applied immediately.
Besides, under the condition of well leak, the onsite configuration with the use of MAKUP-P can compensate the mud in time, therefore avoiding occurrence of other accidents.
