Introduction:
Dual-soluble temporary plugging agent is a recently developed new type protection material for oil zone. It is featured with unique dual-soluble structure, maximally protecting the original state of production zone and avoiding the production zone from mud pollution without affection on productivity.
Use:
The application of this product is very simple and it can be directly added into mud during drilling operation, and the dosage is usually 3%. The product will have no effect on the mud property and fluorescence logging due to its inherent low florescence.
Working principles
Special technique is applied to make the particles size used for plugging suitable for pore throat with different diameters.At the moment the formation is opened and water lost instantly, the oil-soluble particles in the product will preferably absorb on the formation surface and will plug the pore throat under the function of differential pressure, and will stop the solid particles entering formation.After the instant water loss, during the formation of mud cake, the water-soluble substance in product will react with clay particles, making mud cake more compact, reducing water loss as well as the pollution to the formation.The florescence material is applied, avoiding interference to the florescence logging.
